Responding to the growing demand for anti-aging care, the first generation of Shu Uemura's green cleansing oil, commonly known as "A/O," was introduced in 2003. Inspired by green tea, rich in the antioxidant catechin, this product quickly became a global favorite among skincare-conscious consumers, earning its reputation as the "green oil." Now, on June 1st (Wednesday), "A/O" has evolved once more.

The new product, named "A/O+ P.M. Clear Youth Radiance Cleansing Oil," incorporates three plant-derived ingredients: Papaya Extract, Moringa Extract, and Green Tea Extract. It effectively removes airborne particulate matter, including PM2.5, from the skin. The newly formulated "New Generation Cleansing System" with ILS penetrates even stubborn, difficult-to-remove makeup like waterproof mascara and long-lasting lip products, lifting away makeup and impurities for a thorough cleanse. It washes away without stripping essential moisture and eliminates the need for a double cleanse. Notably, its efficacy in removing waterproof mascara has improved by 19% (based on a comparison where the same amount of cleansing oil was applied to separate cotton pads and used to wipe away waterproof mascara once).

Furthermore, it features Wet Hand Technology, allowing for use with wet hands, and is now compatible with eyelash extensions, making it an exceptionally versatile oil. Of course, the smooth texture and easy rinse-off, characteristic of previous A/O products, remain delightfully consistent. The only thing left behind is radiance.
