HENRI LE ROUX's Valentine's offering arrives in a deep crimson box, its signature fluffy, oversized ribbon a charming icon. This year, inspired by the theme of "A Trip to Italy," they present a special package filled with bonbons glacés, each evoking one of four Italian cities.

Four Bonbons Glacés Inspired by Italy, Including a Japanese Debut
Last year, HENRI LE ROUX was recognized by the prestigious French chocolate association C.C.C. (Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat) as one of the 15 "essential" chocolatiers in France.
For Valentine's Day 2016, they are releasing new bonbons glacés inspired by four Italian cities, including creations drawing inspiration from the masterpiece romance "A Trip to Italy" by Roberto Rossellini.
The "Tyrolien Noir," already popular in France and Japan, is a delightful creation marrying chestnut, rum, and chocolate. The "Palerme," a Japanese debut featuring the founder Henri Le Roux's original recipe, layers marzipan with pistachio and a pistachio ganache, all coated in dark chocolate for a rich, nutty flavor.
The lineup also includes two highly anticipated new creations from the second-generation chef, Julien Guillon. "Modena" offers a delicate balance of balsamic vinegar's noble aroma and acidity with the gentle sweetness of raspberry, while "Capri" presents a exquisite harmony of lemon's mellow tartness and the subtle warmth of cinnamon.
And for Valentine's Day, a special coffret arrives, adorned with a large ribbon and featuring a map of Italy.
Available are the "Coffret Bis," a selection of four Italian-inspired flavors; the "Coffret Amour," an 8-piece box featuring both new creations and popular items; and the 11-piece "Coffret Ensemble."
