Sold Out at Salon du Chocolat France, This Astonishing Sweet Evolves

The "Financier Tablet" and "Chocolate Financier Tablet," made with rich chocolate financiers, were developed by Christophe Véder, a leading figure in the French patisserie world and technical advisor for Henri Charpentier. First unveiled at the 2014 Salon du Chocolat, this innovative creation, featuring the popular financier that holds a Guinness World Record for annual sales, garnered attention for its unique form and flavor, selling out at the Salon du Chocolat.

For this Valentine's limited edition, the deliciousness remains the same, but it has been further enhanced with the addition of puffed rice to the base chocolate. The result is a delightful sweet that balances the moist texture of the financier with the crispiness of the base.



Also appearing is the quintessential Valentine's treat, the "Sachertorte," adorned with red chocolate hearts.
A chocolate butter cake is made, layered with sweet and tart apricot jam, then coated with a fondant containing melted chocolate. Available in four sizes, from triangular to heart-shaped, you can choose the perfect item for your needs. The "Sachertorte" will be available from February 1st (Monday) to February 14th (Sunday). Not available at some stores or the online shop.
