Embark on a Journey to Find Exquisite Flavors in the Enchanting World of Chocolate

This year's collection is inspired by a journey to find chocolate, accompanied by unfamiliar streets, gentle breezes, and animals encountered along the way. Each item is crafted with a rich narrative, offering not only delightful tastes but also packaging that evokes the adventure of discovering special chocolates.



The "Chocolat Ballet 2016 ~ Chercher du Chocolat" is a collection of limited-edition Valentine's chocolates presented in a charming small box. It expresses "cherished travel memories and beautiful moments to gaze upon forever" in a three-tiered design.

The "Cube Chocolat" is inspired by "a little rabbit chasing cube chocolates into blooming fields." Its smooth texture, coated in fine cocoa powder, is a delightful feature, available in milk and white chocolate varieties.



The "La Ganache," with its captivating phrase "chasing ganache that turned into clouds on a journey through the sky with birds," is a limited assortment featuring cocoa crunch chocolates coated in rich chocolate and finished with a crisp cocoa crunch coating.

Also available are "Mendiant," resembling exquisite jewels with generous toppings of nuts and dried fruits on fine Belgian chocolate; "Le Chocolat," a combination of heart-shaped bonbons and crunchy almond rochers (rocks); and "Mele Chocolat," small, pebble-sized chocolates made with domestic citrus peel coated in Belgian chocolate.

Additionally, from February 2nd (Tuesday) to February 14th (Sunday), Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Café will feature a "Valentine Parfait" made with chocolates from various countries. This luxurious parfait, generously layered with chocolate ice cream, coffee jelly, mascarpone cream, banana, and other sweets and fruits, offers a delightful textural experience. Each spoonful promises a new discovery of flavor.
