Benoît Nihant, a chocolatier who calls himself a cacao artisan, has dedicated his life to cacao. With a unique background as a former engineer, he has extensively researched and developed methods to create all his chocolates from his own couverture. He meticulously oversees every step, from selecting cacao beans to producing the couverture.

The "Benoît Mix5" allows you to savor Benoît Nihant's world. It features chocolates, ganache fillings, pralines, caramels, aromas, and coatings, all meticulously crafted in-house. The flavors include "Red Heart," a semi-liquid caramel blended with passion fruit and hibiscus in a floral tea, enrobed in Colombian cacao chocolate; "Céleste Yuzu," featuring an aromatic yuzu liquid caramel encased in Colombian cacao chocolate; two types of ganache; and "Hazelnut Praline." These are presented in an elegant special box designed for Valentine's Day.


Additionally, the "Benoît Mix Special" is available, featuring the "Benoît Mix5" in the upper tier and the "Mendiant Noir" and "Mendiant Lait," making their Japanese debut, in the lower tier. The "Mendiant Noir" is crafted from a blend of Venezuelan cacao beans, offering a exquisite balance of red fruit flavors and a powerful taste. The "Mendiant Lait" is a milk chocolate made from Ecuadorian cacao beans, characterized by a subtle sweetness and a caramel-like aroma.
