In Belgium, a powerhouse of chocolate, Pierre Ledent is a successor to the soul and tradition of praline making.
The third-generation owner of a long-established patisserie-boulangerie in Liège, he began working in patisserie from childhood, trained in France, and then became an independent chocolatier. He is a highly skilled artisan who has won numerous awards at competitions around the world.
Characterized by their elegant and soft textures, his original chocolates that make the most of their ingredients have garnered fans worldwide.

This year, Pierre Ledent has set his theme as "Origin." Fitting for a year of returning to the roots, a new product, "Château Brillant," makes its debut from the popular Château series.
Packaged in brilliant, shimmering boxes, "Château Brillant" features a total of 10 chocolates, crafted with an homage to Belgian chocolate tradition and his original approach, resembling jewels. They are arranged in a two-tiered box.

The Château Box series also offers a rich lineup, including the charming two-tiered "Petit Château," the standard three-tiered "Château," the perfect "Château Rosé" (four tiers) for special occasions, and the ultimate six-tiered "Grand Château Opéra."
