Exclusive Dinner Events on July 23rd & 24th
"DANISH ART & CULTURE WEEK" (commonly known as DAC) is an event that allows visitors to experience the "now" of Denmark through all five senses. This marks its fourth occurrence in July.
This time, we are pleased to welcome Mads Magnusson, a star chef representing the "New Nordic Cuisine" movement that is gaining attention in Japan. Magnusson hails from "Noma," a restaurant that has repeatedly earned the top spot in "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" organized by the British food magazine "Restaurant."
Magnusson has built a career at renowned Danish restaurants, including "Restaurant Kofoed," "Kokkeriet," and "Geranium," all of which have earned Michelin stars, in addition to "Noma."
For this event, a special two-night menu using seasonal Japanese ingredients has been created exclusively for DAC. Attendees of the dinner will receive a special fresh flower box with a limited-edition DAC vol.4 design.

His works are part of the collections of leading European museums, including the National Gallery of Denmark in Copenhagen and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
