A Pastry Chef's Masterpiece, Full of Visual and Flavorful Surprises
From the pastry shop at Andaz Tokyo comes the "Sweet Jar," a signature item following the éclairs. Pastry Chef Masaki Okazaki, a multiple award winner at international competitions, has developed these visually appealing and easy-to-eat sweets using the now-popular glass jar format.
In addition to classic sweets like tiramisu flavored with Hokkaido mascarpone and maraschino, and pudding with vanilla beans, the flavors will change to match the season.
This summer's lineup includes "Rose Jelly," a harmonious blend of melt-in-your-mouth rose jelly with watermelon and raspberry; "Champagne Peach Jelly," champagne transformed into jelly; "Melon Coconut Jelly," featuring melon jelly and coconut mousse encased in a noble rot wine jelly; and "Exotic Jelly," using passion fruit pulp as a sauce.
Each offers a refreshing taste, luxuriously incorporating seasonal fruits.
