A special selection of "eaux-de-vie" aged in young barrels achieves a exquisite balance of vitality, vivacity, and elegance. From the first sip, the smooth yet distinct eaux-de-vie lend a refined freshness to the taste.

Furthermore, the extended aging process allows the wood of the barrels to slowly meld with the eaux-de-vie, transforming them into a brilliant amber hue. The addition of spicy notes, including saffron, further enhances its robust character.

An additional, special finishing process was applied after blending. Using 250-liter barrels handcrafted by the coopers at Tonnellerie Sarrazin, the cognac was matured on the banks of the Charente River, a historically significant location for Hennessy's aging process. This final touch delicately expresses a unique aroma, resulting in a cognac of ultimate balance.
