A New Collaboration Born from Photography x Soup

The first session, on Tuesday, February 10, features a collaboration between Kotori Kawashima’s new photo book “Myojo” and Yama Foods, a group that offers proposals on “food and its surroundings” from various perspectives. Inspired by the fresh landscapes Kawashima encountered in Taiwan and the bold binding of the photo book, Yama Foods will create an original soup exclusively for the day.

Additionally, on the same day from 8 PM, a related event will be held: a talk session titled “What I Found in the Bright Star” featuring Kawashima and actor Masatoshi Nagase, complete with soup from Yama Foods.

The second session, on Saturday, February 14, pairs Fumiho Tachibana’s art book “KATAKOTO / TACHIBANA” with HORO kitchen, which offers proposals on living, food, and clothing centered around soup, based on their own experiences. HORO kitchen will transform the world of “KATAKOTO / TACHIBANA,” featuring three-dimensional photographs of various forms of paper cast in plaster, into a dessert soup, fitting for Valentine’s Day, the day of the event.

Also on the same day, from 4 PM, a related event titled “EACH TIME” will be held, featuring a talk session with Tachibana and art director Tatsuya Arita, accompanied by soup from HORO kitchen.

On both days, soup will be available in limited quantities, and advance registration is required for the talk sessions. Why not take this opportunity to experience the unknown world of creativity expressed through photography and soup with all your senses?
