Glimpses of the Common Ground Between Impressionist Art and Jewelry
From Wednesday, November 30 to Tuesday, December 6, 2016, CHAUMET will host the "Art, Nature, and CHAUMET" exhibition at The Stage, Isetan Shinjuku Main Store. This is a rare opportunity to explore the origins of the jewelry created by CHAUMET.

World Premiere of the New High Jewelry Collection "Pastel de Fleurs"
Since its founding, CHAUMET has crafted numerous pieces of jewelry themed around "nature." The exhibition "Art, Nature, and CHAUMET" explores the commonalities with Impressionism, a painting style that also finds beauty in nature.
From the Neoclassicism of the Napoleonic era, through Romanticism and Realism, CHAUMET has continued to create nature-inspired jewelry since the mid-19th century, when Impressionism emerged.
At "Art, Nature, and CHAUMET," the new high jewelry collection "Pastel de Fleurs," symbolizing the commonalities between Impressionist art and CHAUMET, will be unveiled for the first time in the world. Additionally, CHAUMET archives and jewelry pieces deeply connected to nature and art will be exhibited.
Furthermore, the new "Épis de Blé" ring, inspired by ears of wheat, will be released in advance at this venue. Ears of wheat symbolize abundance and were a favored motif of Empress Joséphine. Since its founding, CHAUMET has continuously refined and innovated its savoir-faire.
The "Épis de Blé" ring, capturing a moment as if swaying in a gentle breeze, much like an Impressionist painting, symbolizes CHAUMET's enduring admiration for nature.
