The iPhone app “Antenna”
A New Curated Magazine Has Arrived.
The iPhone App “Antenna”
In an era where accessing media through social networks like Twitter and Facebook is commonplace, the newly released app “Antenna” emerges as a “curated magazine.” It leverages connections made via social media to efficiently deliver information tailored to your needs. The app quickly gained popularity, reaching the number one spot in the App Store's 'Free News Category Ranking' within just three days of its launch.

The Definitive Way to Gather Information in the Social Media Age!
Glider Associates developed this app based on the belief that recommendations from friends with similar interests are a significant influence in discovering truly valuable "things and information." Curation, in this context, means organizing, classifying, and sharing useful information from the vast, mixed content available online. Services like America's "Flipboard" and "Pinterest" are already well-known as "curated magazines."
Antenna is a Japan-originated service that has received official content licensing from approximately 50 top-tier domestic media outlets, including our own magazine, OPENERS. Users can efficiently gather information by following only the genres that interest them, such as fashion, art, design, film, music, travel, gourmet, beauty, cosmetics, electronics, cars, and mobile.
You can save articles using the clipping function and share them with friends via social media. By following users who have clipped the same article, you can see what articles they are interested in, which is also convenient. You can also see how many of your followers have clipped an article you posted, similar to Facebook's "Like" function.

The service has launched for iPhone, with a web version planned for release after June. The number of media outlets providing content is also scheduled to expand sequentially.
