Find Your Style in a Relaxed Atmosphere
The glass exterior features "AoyAmA," a large landmark clock with a pendulum – the origin of the store's name – that gently marks the passage of time. This colossal clock was created by "UTINAM," founded by Philippe Leblanc, a renowned clock artist from Besançon, France, specifically for this project. Its unique skeleton design, revealing the clock's inner workings from the outside, is both earthquake-resistant and weather-proof.
Across its two floors, the store brings together a diverse range of offerings, including apparel, fashion accessories, a cafe, a flower shop, and a bookstore. The main fashion accessory area on the first floor showcases an exciting collection of shoes from around the world. A shoe concierge counter is also available to assist customers with everything from size adjustments to repairs.
Additionally, "emboca Aoyama," by the acclaimed restaurant "emboca," known for its unique style, has opened its doors. With a concept of global "Wa" (Japanese), it proposes an innovative culinary style featuring seasonal ingredients from across Japan and creative interpretations of onigiri. The first floor also hosts a flower shop curated by floral artist Kōjirō Ōnishi and a cosmetics area offering everything from organic brands to royal warrants.
The second floor features a wide selection of women's apparel, ranging from luxury to contemporary pieces, alongside a conceptual bookstore curated by Books Kinokuniya Tokyo. Items are arranged by theme, from magazines to books, and on sunny days, one can enjoy reading a book on the terrace.
