They are also inspired by workwear worn by brave, resilient, and feminine women during wartime, such as Gerda Taro, the lover of Henri Cartier-Bresson and a co-founder of the international photography collective Magnum in 1947, and those who lived through conflicts like the Spanish Civil War and the First and Second World Wars.
