Metallic Light Creates Subtle Shadows

Iris van Herpen is a Dutch designer known for collections that blur the lines between haute couture and ready-to-wear. In 2014, she won the Grand Prix at the prestigious French "ANDAM Fashion Award." She is currently one of the most talked-about designers on the international fashion scene.

The limited capsule collection "Lenticular Cloud," created for this occasion, comprises six items: draped short dresses, copper-colored silk skirts, as well as tops and coats. It features a unique design that fuses the designer's signature craftsmanship with futuristic techniques.

The key element is the delicate use of fabrics that evoke the movements of light, water, and nature itself. By employing metallic materials that reveal various expressions through light reflection, the collection aims to represent the duality of light and dark, and the intangible and tangible.
