Daikanyama T-Site Hosts Fair Exploring the Appeal of Hairstylist Miho Matsuura

Miho Matsuura, owner and top hairstylist at the salon "Twiggy," has published her first book. To celebrate, Daikanyama T-Site will host a fair exploring her life and appeal from November 4th (Tuesday) to November 23rd (Sunday, holiday).

As a top hairstylist, Miho Matsuura has succeeded in bringing out the hidden charms of many. Her enduring popularity stems not only from her exceptional skills but also from her genuine desire to help each individual live a life filled with joy and authenticity.

Recently, she has also leveraged her experience as a hairstylist toYUMEDREAMING Epicureanproduce a haircare brand that uses carefully selected organic Japanese ingredients.

Her debut book, "Perfect Silhouette from Every Angle! Popular No. 1 Hairstylist Miho Matsuura's 3D Hair," proposes styles that enhance individuality while boldly incorporating current trends.

It reveals the full scope of "3D Hair," with Matsuura stating, "The silhouette of the back of the head is crucial for a cut. This is because people judge a hairstyle as 'flattering and wonderful' more from the side and back than from the front." The book also includes hair sessions with Kaela Kimura and a conversation with Taeko Onuki, a long-time client since "Twiggy" first opened.

The fair, "Hairstyles Reflect Lifestyle: Miho Matsuura of TWIGGY on Living Authentically," showcases books, films, and music that have influenced Matsuura throughout her life, as well as her favorite everyday hair and skincare products, essential items for travel to remote destinations, and recommended foods for maintaining beauty and health.

Additionally, on November 14th (Friday) at 7:00 PM, a talk event will be held with singer-songwriter Taeko Onuki, who also features in the book.

One of the key ingredients in the aforementioned "YUMEDREAMING Epicurean" is rice flour. Taeko Onuki was the person who inspired Miho Matsuura to start growing rice and played a role in bringing this product to fruition.

On that day, the two long-time friends will share a wide range of stories, from their time in London and behind-the-scenes tales of CD jacket photoshoots to their experiences with rice cultivation, topics not fully covered in the book.
