Founded in 1984 by John and Monique Davidson, J&M Davidson began with the production of a single belt. The brand gained popularity for its leather goods crafted with traditional British craftsmanship and now offers a full range of clothing. Its modern items, meticulously produced with a focus on quality, capture the hearts of many women.

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year since its establishment, J&M Davidson's flagship shop in Tokyo's Aoyama has reopened. The shop, now located on a quiet street one block in from the path leading from Omotesando to the Nezu Museum, features an impressive facade dominated by white.

The interior spans two floors. The first floor showcases the brand's iconic leather goods, while the basement level displays the full collection of clothing. Notably, both floors are adorned with vintage chandeliers and sofas, carefully selected by the designer couple.

Limited Edition Bag to Commemorate the Brand's 30th Anniversary

Additionally, two limited-edition models of the brand's signature "MINI MIA" bag have been released. One is an all-black model crafted from hair-on and python. The other is a luxurious model featuring three colors of calf leather, created to celebrate the 30th anniversary.

The Autumn/Winter 2014-15 collection, also on display in the store, is not to be missed. This season draws inspiration from elegantly dressed women of London in the 1930s to 1950s. Film heroines such as 'Scarlet' and 'Kelly,' and scenes from plays like 'Finale' and 'Encore,' lend their names to each individual garment.
