A Personal Touch Enhances the Classic Polo Ralph Lauren Aesthetic

To celebrate the launch of the new women's Polo Ralph Lauren this season, Ralph Lauren has created cinematic visuals and dynamic campaign imagery.

Three short films—"Are We Going Downtown?", "Letters to Lauren", and "Record Store"—filmed in Santa Barbara, California, are now available for free streaming.

The direction was entrusted to Bruce Weber, one of the world's most highly acclaimed photographers.

As Ralph Lauren himself says, "From the moment we first met, Bruce understood who I was, and I understood him." Having worked on many of Ralph Lauren's visuals since their first campaign over 30 years ago, Weber was given the ultimate trust to direct these films.

Regarding this campaign imagery, Bruce Weber stated, "I wanted to create something like a 'suit' in the conventional sense."

He added, "Something that retains a sense of classicism while being practical and closely tied to modern life. What's wonderful about shooting Ralph Lauren is that I can always infuse a personal essence into it."
