Collaboration Shoes Announced with Angelina Jolie

Christian Louboutin and Angelina Jolie have collaborated. They have unveiled "Malangeli," a captivating shoe befitting the character played by Jolie in Disney's "Maleficent," a global blockbuster.

This project was a joint creation between Christian Louboutin and Angelina Jolie, a long-time supporter of the designer, for the film "Maleficent." "Working with someone who has such a strong aesthetic and character is incredibly exciting. Getting to know Angelina through this wonderful collaboration has been an immense pleasure," commented Christian Louboutin.

Dubbed "Malangeli," these limited-edition shoes feature a sculpted heel that curls upwards and a wedge sole resembling swirling smoke. The patent leather upper wraps around nude mesh, enhancing the magical, ethereal quality and resulting in a captivating pair with a dark, dangerous allure.

These limited-edition shoes are handcrafted in the Paris atelier and come in two colors: black and red. Pre-orders begin on October 20 (Monday) at five Christian Louboutin flagship stores in New York, California, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. There are currently no plans for distribution in Japan.

Furthermore, proceeds from the sales will be donated to "SOS Children’s Villages," the world's largest organization for orphaned and abandoned children, which Angelina Jolie has supported since 2003. This organization provides disadvantaged children with stable home environments, education, medical care, and various other aid programs, saving over a million lives annually.
