On the First Day, a Food Live Performance by Chef Kaelen

"PIONEER SQUARE PANTRY" is a food creative unit based in Seattle and Tokyo, comprised of chef Kaelen and Eva, who works in the fashion business.

Their creations, which began as a project to "share value with artisans belonging to different communities around the world" with "food" at its core, span a wide range. These include tableware created in collaboration with Akiko Graham, a Japanese ceramic artist living in Seattle; mustard developed for the stylish Seattle butcher shop "Rainshadow Meats"; and grocery bags produced with the Japanese indigo dyeing artisan team "LITMUS." Their granola, made with particularly carefully selected ingredients, became a great hit and is handled at select spots like Seattle's Ace Hotel and Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Their refined food creations are highly regarded in the fashion world, leading to numerous catering offers and collaborations with select shops.

For this collaboration event, they will offer custom canvas bags printed with artwork by San Francisco artist Rachel Kaye, organic granola, and approximately 200 pairs of sunglasses from brands including "CUTLER AND GROSS VINTAGE" and "illesteva." Additionally, on the first day, Saturday the 19th, starting at 3:00 PM, chef Kaelen will host a food live performance, offering a taste of the latest flavors from the American Northwest.
