Japan's Third Store Opens at Shinjuku Takashimaya
London-based "TED BAKER" opens a new shop at Shinjuku Takashimaya on March 12th (Wednesday). This marks the third store in Japan, following the Omotesando store in March 2012 and the Tokyu Department Store Honten store in February 2013.

Shinjuku Takashimaya Store Exclusive Items Also Available
The brand, named after the fictional designer Mr. Ted Baker, uses "No Ordinary Designer Label" as its iconic slogan. Ted Baker is gaining attention for its creative and quirky British style, setting itself apart from ordinary designer labels.
The theme for the Shinjuku Takashimaya store, the third in Japan, is "Tangram (a wisdom puzzle)". A custom tangram has been created, featuring various panel pieces such as brass, bronze, smoked mirror, smoked birch, and veneer, set within pale grey frames. These pieces are partially removable, revealing graphics of London landscapes depicted through chess and puzzles. Antique fixtures adorned with motifs of diverse London souvenirs are also arranged throughout. This creates a space filled with humor.
To commemorate the opening, limited-edition Takashimaya exclusive colors of a men's tablet case and a women's handbag will be released. Both feature simple yet stylish designs, distinguished by vibrant prints on the lining.
