Designer Cynthia Rowley owns a summer house in Montauk, NY, and is a dedicated surfer who spends her weekends riding the waves. Her close friend, contemporary artist Richard Phillips, gifted one of Cynthia Rowley's wetsuits to Lindsay Lohan.
