This autumn, Jil Sander celebrates its 40th anniversary with a limited-time pop-up space at Isetan Shinjuku, located on the 3rd floor of the main building at The Stage #3, running from October 1st (Tuesday) to October 8th (Tuesday).

The pop-up space, titled "Jil Sander — Celebrating Perfection," will feature a display reflecting the concept of the 2013 Autumn/Winter runway. Inspired by architect Oscar Niemeyer and mathematician Benoît Mandelbrot,2013 Autumn/Winter Collectionthe collection expresses modernity by effortlessly blending edge and luxury. It features restrained dresses and skirts with soft lines, as well as voluminous coats.

The pop-up space will also feature a limited-edition anniversary bag. With its simple form and refined deer leather texture, the bag offers a modern impression and comes with a special leather tag inscribed "JIL SANDER ANNIVERSARY EDITION."
