The select shop "valveat 81" derives its name from "valve" (door) and "81" (Japan's country code), signifying "opening doors in Japan." Beyond proposing high-fashion styles, the shop has gained popularity by introducing emerging brands and hosting monthly pop-up shops with various designers and artists, functioning as a space where art can be purchased.





From Tokyo Collection brand "G.V.G.V.", a collaboration features a graphic T-shirt with illustrations by "John Willie"—a popular motif from the current autumn/winter collection—and a dolman-sleeve, oversized cut-and-sew top. The collection, which modernly depicts the elegant and classic femininity within John's fetishistic expressions, is presented in an oversized, dolman-sleeve cut-and-sew silhouette.

In fashion accessories and small goods,Ann Demeulemeesteroffers a collaborative bracelet. French brooch brand "MACON&LESQUOY" presents a special assorted box featuring beer, heart, and robot motifs. Furthermore, a limited edition box set of "Dr. Vranjes'" popular ARIA and ROSSO diffusers, a favorite since valveat 81's opening, will be released.

Artist collaborations, a signature of valveat 81, also take center stage

Selected as a gift for the leaders of 20 participating countries at the 2010 APEC summit,SUSgallerypresents a collaboration from its vacuum-insulated titanium tableware series. The newly released titanium cup in a vibrant yellow, launched on August 1st, is a limited new color exclusive to valveat 81.

Ryota Aoki, a ceramic artist known for holding over 20 solo exhibitions annually and researching glazes, utilizes materials not typically found in ceramics, such as gold, silver, and platinum, to continuously create unprecedented works. For this collaboration, a platinum version of the "White Choco S" piece is introduced.

In collaboration with "hamadawashi," which explores the potential of the world's thinnest handmade Japanese paper, limited items made from "Tosa Tenugujo," a handmade paper designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Japan, will feature special dyeing and colors tailored to the autumn/winter theme, presented in exclusive limited colors.
