A Second Collection, Born from a Renewed Collaboration

Gap and Diane von Furstenberg have joined forces once again. The second collection for GapKids and babyGap, designed for girls aged newborn to 14, is set to launch. Starting Thursday, April 25th, it will be available at select Gap stores and at the DVF boutiques in Ginza and Roppongi Hills.

Theme: Adventure. Inviting girls on a journey of new discoveries

This collection was created with adventurous girls in mind. Diane von Furstenberg's signature palette is blended with African-inspired prints and illustrations of wild animals. The exotic and colorful designs, meant to spark children's curiosity, will lead girls on a journey of new discoveries.

Standout pieces include a playful new style that fuses Diane von Furstenberg's iconic wrap dress with shorts, and skinny-fit jeans adorned with bright prints. The collection also features items printed with hibiscus buds and DVF's signature heart, as well as graphic t-shirts with a safari vibe, showcasing animals like tigers and zebras, and botanical motifs. With swimwear, accessories, espadrilles, and sun hats essential for a vacation, the lineup is impressively extensive.

Regarding this collaboration, Diane von Furstenberg commented: "Designing children's clothing is truly enjoyable, and I'm delighted to do it again this year. The theme this time is adventure. We've expressed this while cherishing color and print, just as we did last time. I believe it's a perfect collection, full of playfulness, for the little adventurers around the world."
