Flagship Store Opens in Omotesando

German heritage shoe brand KENNEL&SCHMENGER will open its flagship shop in Omotesando on Thursday, February 14th. The store will feature the full collection, as well as limited-edition apparel, bags, and belts—items previously unavailable.

Interior Design Mirrors Berlin Store, Using Reclaimed German Barn Wood

KENNEL&SCHMENGER was born in 1918 in Pirmasens, a renowned German shoe-making region. The brand has always operated under the principle that shoes are essential for human mobility, and is known for its uncompromising quality focused on the wearer's comfort. Even now, as it approaches its centenary, the brand's commitment to crafting shoes that enhance a woman's style with trend-conscious designs reflecting the times remains unchanged.

KENNEL&SCHMENGER has been available at Isetan Shinjuku, JR Kyoto Isetan, JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan, Mitsukoshi Ginza, and Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi. The new Omotesando store will feature an interior designed in the same style as the brand's Berlin flagship, utilizing reclaimed 100-year-old barn wood imported from Germany.

The KENNEL&SCHMENGER Omotesando store will offer not only shoes but also exclusive apparel, bags, and belts, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the brand's world. It is a space where one can intimately experience the German spirit of craftsmanship and design cultivated over many years.
