Opens First Pop-Up Store in Western Japan at Hankyu Umeda Main Store

rag & bone, which established its full-scale presence in Japan with the opening of its direct store in Omotesando last year, will open its first pop-up store in Western Japan for a limited time from December 12 (Wed) to 18 (Tue) to commemorate the grand opening of Hankyu Umeda Main Store.

rag & bone was founded in 2002 by Marcus Wainwright and David Neville. The American brand, whose real clothes—including meticulously detailed men's items and the edgy yet feminine women's wear launched in 2005—quickly gained popularity, will appear at Hankyu Umeda Main Store as a pop-up store.

The pop-up store will exclusively release the Spirit Denim, which is highly popular among American celebrities and has generated a flood of inquiries in Japan. These skinny jeans, featuring beautiful contrasting side panels, are sure to be a sell-out item.

Additionally, the bag line, which debuted this year, will have its Western Japan launch! Inspired by the helmet bags used by Air Force pilots to carry their gear, the bags combine the brand's signature elegance with practicality and will be available in two sizes: large and small. Furthermore, the small size is a rare Western Japan exclusive item. The collection also features the highly acclaimed boot series and the Resort 2013 Spring/Summer collection.

In conjunction with "Fashion's Night Out in Osaka" to be held at Hankyu Umeda on Saturday, December 15th, the two designers will also visit Japan. They are scheduled to visit the store.
