VALENTINO | Capsule collection celebrating the Maison's 50th anniversary
Capsule Collection to Commemorate 50 Years of the Maison
Valentino's Creative Directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, have launched a special project to celebrate the Maison's 50th anniversary, unveiling a capsule collection that expresses continuity by bridging the present and the past.

Blending Past and Present to Express Eternal Modernity
This special capsule collection, comprising ready-to-wear and accessories, is born from the belief that "innovation stems from tradition, and contrast is the essence of modernity." Rather than merely adapting past styles for contemporary tastes, it revives the passion inherited from the Maison's founding through a forward-thinking approach.
The collection features animal prints such as giraffe, jaguar, tiger, cheetah, and zebra, alongside simple lines. Lace detailing imbues a romantic atmosphere, while rivets and patent leather add an urban accent. Through the artful pursuit of "perfect imperfection" born from unexpected combinations, a new harmony is created.
The ready-to-wear line includes iconic outerwear and capes made from double-woven cashmere and wool, as well as tops and dresses with band collars. Accessories range from animal-print scarves and flat moccasins to small leather hobo bags with bracelet handles, creating a cohesive and comprehensive lineup.
For this milestone anniversary, the collection embodies a contemporary style uniquely crafted by the director duo, truly representing Valentino. It's not about nostalgia, but about the power of unexpected combinations to stir the soul and open the door to a new era.
