Celebrating the Launch of the New "Legacy" Collection
Pop-Up Store Arrives in Montauk
Coach, which celebrated its 70th anniversary last year, is launching "Legacy," a new collection reimagined from its archives for the modern era. To commemorate this, a pop-up store will be held at "Montauk," a cafe and lounge in Omotesando, from Friday, September 7th.

Limited Edition Kit Available to Customize Duffle Bags with Two-Tone Colors
The new "Legacy" collection is inspired by Coach's signature high-quality leather and meticulous craftsmanship. This highly anticipated collection extends beyond handbags to include accessories, outerwear, and footwear.
Among the collection, the most iconic silhouette is the "Duffle," distinguished by its large tassel. Originally released in 1973, the "Duffle Sac" achieved explosive popularity among women, including fashion editors of the time. This modern update features a contemporary design and vibrant colors. At the pop-up store, a limited-edition "Duffle Kit"—including a leather strap, tassel, and hang tag—will be sold, allowing customers to customize their Duffle bags. By swapping out the attached accessories, one can create their own unique two-tone design.
Furthermore, the "Legacy Tastemakers Project" has been launched, featuring artists from various fields. Tastemakers—individuals who shape trends and eras—such as architect Makoto Tanijiri and the REBIRTH PROJECT led by Yusuke Iseya, will showcase their creativity by designing one-of-a-kind "Duffle" bags, which will be exhibited at the pop-up store.
These creations will be auctioned via Yahoo! Auctions. Coach will match the auction proceeds, and the total amount will be donated to "ARTS for HOPE," an organization that provides emotional support through art to those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and to children.Great East Japan Earthquaketo provide emotional support through art to those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and to children.
In addition, special collaboration menus with Montauk will also be available. This is an unmissable opportunity to experience the vibrant revival of the "Duffle" bag.
