Yohji Yamamoto and adidas are releasing the "YY STRAP BBALL HIGH" and "YY STRAP BBALL MID" collaboration sneakers on Sunday, May 1st. Crafted from a combination of goat and cowhide for a more street-inspired feel, these sneakers can also be worn as room shoes.

Breathing New Life into Basketball Shoes
Yohji Yamamoto is releasing the "YY STRAP BBALL HIGH" and "YY STRAP BBALL MID" collaboration sneakers with adidas.
The "YY STRAP BBALL HIGH" is a reimagining of adidas' classic basketball shoe, the "Top Ten 2000," by Yohji Yamamoto, resulting in a sneaker infused with new life. For the "YY STRAP BBALL MID," the sole of the iconic 90s basketball shoe "CRAZY 8" forms the base, with the upper featuring an original Yohji Yamamoto design.

The upper is made from a combination of goat and cowhide, enhancing the street aesthetic. The dual-layer insole incorporates a removable inner pad made of polyester, nylon, and polyurethane. A back zip allows for easier wear, and they can also be used as room shoes.
Available in sizes 23cm to 29cm, in black (YY STRAP BBALL HIGH) and white (YY STRAP BBALL MID). On sale nationwide from Sunday, May 1st.
