The "OBJECT collection" Focusing on Lifestyle



Alexander Wang garnered significant attention in his Spring/Summer 2012 collection with his extensive use of ethnic-inspired prints. The "OBJECT collection," which has now arrived, is a unisex line based on items that designer Alex "couldn't find, though he was always searching for them." It will be available at "DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA COMME des GARÇONS," opening on March 16th (Friday), and other select locations.

The "OBJECT collection" Debut Features Eight Items



Designer Alexander Wang consistently generates buzz each season as a trendsetter at New York Fashion Week. The "OBJECT collection," embodying Wang's signature minimalist and edgy aesthetic, includes items he personally keeps close, such as notebooks, ashtrays, and playing cards. Pieces like a bike chain with a crocodile-embossed leather key evoke his lifestyle, creating a unique collection.

The debut collection is already available at the brand's Soho flagship store in New York and its official website. In Japan, a select pre-release is planned for March 16th (Friday) at the flagship store within "DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA COMME des GARÇONS" (BIKE LOCK only). Full line sales will commence on April 4th (Wednesday) at the Alexander Wang Isetan Shinjuku store. Additionally, a pop-up store will open at Hankyu Umeda Main Store in May, marking the first full-line sales in the Kansai region.
