Exquisite Craftsmanship Reaches the Realm of Art!



Versace presented its haute couture collection for the first time in nine years. While their Milan collection was more understated, the haute couture featured delicate yet bold, sexy dresses. Swarovski crystals adorned champagne gold and sherbet colors like orange and green. The mermaid dresses flowing from corsets are Versace's signature.

Speaking of corsets, Gaultier Paris. Bra tops and bustiers peek out from tailored coats and jackets. The I-line dresses, with their sharp shoulders, cinched waists, and pencil skirts, are strikingly real. Elegant and sexy. Classic and modern. Chic and punk. All the aesthetic qualities of fashion are condensed in Gaultier's collection. The secret to its 30 years of enduring popularity likely lies there.

Maison Martin Margiela's "Artisanal" collection featured I-line coats and suits adorned with lace and sequins. Though the dresses and jackets appear simple at first glance, they are incredibly intricate. The jackets, made from hundreds of connected friendship bracelets, are all handmade.

She travels to the New York, Milan, Paris Prêt-à-Porter, and Paris Haute Couture collections every season. She has contributed numerous articles and columns to fashion magazines and newspapers. She also directs the women's line for the select shop "Design Works."
