16 "Genderless" Items Unveiled

The collaborative line "yoshio kubo | OPENING CEREMONY" merges OPENING CEREMONY's key concept of the Olympics with Yoshio Kubo's strength in sports-inspired fashion. Under the concept "FIVE RINGS TRAVEL," each season will focus on a past Olympic host city, drawing inspiration for its patterns and graphics. For the debut collection, the focus is on Calgary, Canada.

The debut collection utilizes fabrics printed with fantastical Calgary landscapes, featuring auroras seen from an airplane window, and includes quilted coats, down jackets, and sweatshirts.

Further offerings include stadium jumpers with "CALGARY" embroidered in a sporty font, T-shirts featuring the maple leaf, a symbol of Canada, printed with the concept logo "FIVE RINGS TRAVEL," jersey sets with meticulous attention to pattern and detail, and Yoshio Kubo's signature star T-shirts in Olympic colors. A total of 16 "genderless" items, suitable for all genders, will be available.


Following its pre-sale at OPENING CEREMONY OMOTESANDO, "yoshio kubo | OPENING CEREMONY" will be available at LUMINE Shinjuku Store 2 (2F) and Shibuya PARCO Store starting Friday, September 25th, and at NU Chayamachi Store starting Saturday, September 26th. The Nagoya PARCO midi Store will carry the collection from Saturday, September 26th.
