The dishes, such as horse mackerel marinated and fettuccine with sakura shrimp, made with fresh local ingredients from the Numazu area, were delicious. A leisurely lunch is recommended while gazing at the well-maintained garden. It's about an hour's drive to Numazu, making it a good distance for a short drive. Nearby, there's a memorial monument to Bokushinsai Wakayama, and Numazu Port is also close by.

Within "Numazu Club," there are also villa-like accommodations available for owners. With a lagoon-like water surface and the sea before you, it seems you can enjoy an overseas resort feel. Enjoying delicious food in a wonderful setting is essential for inner beauty! I'd like to go again.

Experiencing AVEDA's "Botanical Hair & Scalp Spa" (80 minutes)

B_dash AVEDA, a hair salon located in Shinagawa Intercity. This is actually my first time visiting an AVEDA concept salon for an experience. I tried the new menu "Botanical Hair & Scalp Spa," which will be introduced in September!

After the consultation, we started by taking a photo of my scalp condition with a compact digital camera to assess it. It's nice that it's not overly displayed on a PC screen, making it feel casual. Perhaps due to my dry skin? My scalp also showed some dryness, so we focused on moisturizing care. Speaking of moisturizing, the Dry Remedy series. I also received a "Penetrating Treatment" using it. The private room for the treatment is minimalist, but it's a very clean and comfortable space.

The salon-use mist-type treatment used in this botanical menu is very unique and innovative. After the scalp massage and shampoo, a mist-like serum is applied to the entire hair. It's an advanced treatment that allows active ingredients to penetrate the hair in about 5 minutes without the need for heat. Thanks to this, my hair was moisturized in a short time, and my scalp felt refreshed and glossy! The massage also provided deep relaxation, which was excellent!

I had a chat with Hamada-san, the assistant who attended to me, and learned that on a busy day, about 10 people receive head spa treatments!? That's amazing, isn't it? I was surprised. Head spas are now indispensable for relaxation, and the awareness of having healthy and beautiful hair starting from the scalp is increasing year by year. Moreover, they seem to have many male customers too. They are starting a free trial campaign for new customers from August 10th (Wednesday).

I'll Share My Blissful Holiday Care Routine

After getting my hair spa treatment, I headed to the launch event! Guerlain's event was held at The Peninsula Hotel. A new "Orchidée Impériale Concentrate Serum" (60,900 yen | launching October 1st) has been born from Orchidée Impériale! As this is an upgraded series from the previous one, expectations are high?!

On my days off, my blissful care routine is to generously apply the Orchidée Impériale cream all over my décolletage until it feels sticky. This is a method I learned from a charismatic esthetician when there was a Guerlain cabin at the Imperial Hotel. Occasional self-indulgent care is also good. I plan to try using the newly launched serum and cream together!
