Slip-ons Collaborating with VANS, Perfect for Dress Styles
FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB, a unique establishment in Aoyama, Tokyo, integrating a tailor shop, casual wear store, barber, and restaurant, has collaborated with VANS. Slip-ons inspired by the brand's barber shop will be released on Friday, June 5th. Prior to this, they were exclusively available at FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB TOKYO and UR ONLINE STORE (http://www.urban-research.jp/) until the day before the official release.

Design Inspired by the Iconic New York Store in Bold Colors
The FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB barber shop evolves the styles of the "Golden Age of Barber Shops," spanning from the 1880s to the 1940s, into a more contemporary and stylish form. Since its opening in 2006, it has maintained an unwavering popularity among New York men.
This time, the VANS slip-on, an enduring masterpiece beloved worldwide even after 30 years since its release, features the red and white color scheme of the door, reminiscent of the British-style sign pole that symbolizes the New York store. Bold stripes adorn the body, and the "FSC" logo is embroidered in white on the heel cup.
Furthermore, the photo campaign for this collaboration features emerging Instagrammer @yuma1983. A seven-day photo diary, capturing the collaborative items against various Tokyo backdrops, will be released on the FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB TOKYO Instagram account starting Friday, June 5th.

To commemorate the "FSC x VANS" collaboration, presented through the fresh lens of barber culture, a special campaign is being held. Follow the @FREEMANSSPORTINGCLUBTOKYO account on Instagram and share a photo of yourself wearing the "FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB - BARBER × VANS Slip-on" during your travels, using the hashtag #FSCVANS, by Sunday, July 12th. FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB will select three best photographers from the entries. Winners will receive a gift certificate for FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB TOKYO (worth approximately 30,000 yen).

Additionally, to celebrate this collaboration, an event called "FREE SHAMPOO DAY" will be held, offering complimentary, authentic shampoo services at the FREEMANS SPORTING CLUB TOKYO barber shop.
