Jewelry for those who remain true to their own aesthetic, never losing their spirit of exploration

The brand name "SIRI SIRI" originates from the Swahili word "sili sili," meaning "chain." Designer Naho Okamoto discovered it in a dictionary she happened upon in a bookstore. Captivated by its appearance, charming sound, and the idea that jewelry acts as a "chain" that binds a woman's heart, she adapted it by changing 'L' to 'R' to launch her brand.

The primary materials—often industrial borosilicate glass (like Pyrex), rattan, linen, and natural wood—are rarely used in conventional jewelry making. However, through the designer's sensibility and the exceptional skills of Japanese artisans, these seemingly rugged materials are transformed into elegant and beautiful jewelry.

The "FOUR SEASONS" earrings, crafted from industrial borosilicate glass, depict seasonal motifs: peonies for spring, anchors for summer, water caltrops for autumn, and snowflakes for winter. The "Bangle for A DEGREE FAHRENHEIT by SIRI SIRI" draws inspiration from Kaga temari (hand-stitched balls), reinterpreting rayon material in a modern, monochrome style. These pieces embody a beauty unbound by conventional notions.

The popular "KIRIKO" series bangles and earrings were developed in direct collaboration with a traditional Edo Kiriko glass cutting workshop that has been in operation since before the Great Kanto Earthquake. The hammered motif, typically used on copper pots, is realized on industrial borosilicate glass using Edo Kiriko techniques.

Within the CLASSIC Collection, the "Bangle QUILT" offers both a substantial presence and a comfortable fit. Its refreshing aesthetic makes it a highly sought-after item.
