Louis FAGLIN, a long-established maison of cufflinks, has unveiled its new Precious Collection, releasing 24 items each in its ruby and sapphire lines.

Founded in 1899 during the era of Napoleon III in Gonesse, France, a region known for its shell production, Louis FAGLIN began as a maker of shell buttons before soon growing into a cufflink manufacturer.

In 1924, the maison invented the "T-ring," its iconic design that significantly improved ease of use with its rotating bar. From this period, Louis FAGLIN received orders from many high-end brands and is also known for laying the foundation for cufflink trends that continue to this day.

The newly announced Precious Collection is a historic and splendid line featuring natural rubies and sapphires embedded in the rotating toggle of the cufflinks, exuding a refined spirit.

The faces are adorned with stones meticulously selected by Pascal Bertrand, the sixth-generation head of Louis FAGLIN and a collector of rare vintage materials. Some of the diamond-cut pieces feature models that have restored intricate cuts using manual machinery.

The collection offers 24 variations each of ruby red, aligning with the brand's color, and sapphire blue, known as "Louis FAGLIN blue" due to its historical significance.
