Where Exquisite Craftsmanship Meets Artistry

William De Morgan was a ceramicist who gained renown in 19th-century Britain for his tile designs influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement. For this collection, LOEWE's Creative Director Jonathan Anderson has translated De Morgan's beautiful depictions of creatures and floral arabesques into a capsule collection for men's and women's ready-to-wear, accessories, and charms.
The lineup features playful items such as a black leather jacket with a crimson dodo painted on the back, a trench coat printed with peacocks, wool accessories shaped like dragon tails, and knit beanies with horns.
The popular Puzzle, Hammock, and Gate bags are adorned with delicate embroidery of peacocks' feathers and yellow flowers drawn by De Morgan. Additionally, Cushion Totes, Military Messenger bags, Vertical Totes, and Raffia Shoppers are also available. Each piece features birds and small animals such as the extinct dodo and the rare hoopoe, embodying a design filled with vibrancy and charm.
This capsule collection merges LOEWE's exceptional craftsmanship with William De Morgan's artwork. The accompanying image movie, released to celebrate the collection's launch, is also a must-see. It embodies LOEWE's signature style, rich in craft, and complements the collection beautifully.
