J_O, directed by Shingo Katori and stylist Yuma Tomoki, always transports us to unexpected worlds with each new season. This time, their collaboration with Anna Sui has created a true "New World."

Shingo Katori Embarks on Challenging New Endeavors
JANTJE _ONTEMBAAR (ヤンチェ_オンテンバール) is a fashion brand directed by Shingo Katori and stylist Yuma Tomoki. Since its launch in the Fall/Winter 2018 season, it has released collaboration items with a wide variety of brands. These pieces, which incorporate Katori's artwork into designs and feature his personal checks on silhouettes, are infused with a deep love for fashion and have achieved instant sell-outs upon release.
For the 2021SS season, a collaboration between J_O and Anna Sui has come to fruition. The distance between New York-based Anna Sui and Tokyo, along with current global challenges, did not keep them apart; instead, it strengthened their connection.
The collection features 12 pieces in total: a dress using the "New World" print, which Anna Sui reinterpreted from the 2021 SS theme art; an aloha shirt and pants adorned with "New World" and Anna Sui's iconic "poppy" pattern; along with a dress, skirt, aloha shirt, pants, blouse, and T-shirt.
Additionally, Katori himself undertook the challenging task of mixing the brand logos and iconic motifs of both houses, bringing the collaboration to life.
The full scope of this collection will be gradually revealed, so we eagerly await its unveiling.
