A Masterpiece Reflecting CAZAL's DNA
The word 'retro,' referring to the past, can also evoke a futuristic nuance, as seen in 'retrofuturism.'
CAZAL's 'Vintage Collection 2008' features numerous models where 'retro' is the keyword.
These designs reference past masterpieces from the archives, yet possess a delicate balance that feels contemporary and new.
The 881, born from combining the front of the 901 introduced in the previous installment with temples derived from the 904, which evolved from the 946, is one such model. Instead of simply reviving past classics, new life has been breathed into them through 'mixing.'
While inheriting the teardrop lens shape of the 901, the front design features angular frames surrounding it, retaining the T-shaped motif on the browline for a strong impression.
The temple design, which originally featured two distinct lines above and below the logo on the 904 and 946, has been refined to a more sophisticated form.
Among CAZAL's existing sunglasses, this model stands out for its fashion-conscious and elegant appeal. The 881 is sure to be met with great enthusiasm.
