John Lobb "BY REQUEST" Fair Held at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building

The "BY REQUEST" fair, a popular made-to-order system for ready-to-wear shoes available year-round, returns to Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building B1F Men's Shoes from Friday, May 16th. During this annual event, customers can place orders with a 30% surcharge waiver.

Five Days to Craft Your True Style

"BY REQUEST" allows you to order any model from John Lobb's current collection or past archive, even a single pair. During the fair, it's also possible to place custom orders for select popular models that have been discontinued.

The Men's Shoes section at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building B1F offers the widest selection of models outside of John Lobb's directly managed stores. Customers consistently praise the ability to view and order from a comprehensive range of classic to the latest creations.

Orders can be customized by selecting from pre-defined options for style, material, color, sole, size, and width (foot circumference) to match your personal preference.
