Introducing New Training Wear "climachill™"
Adidas has simultaneously launched globally the training wear "climachill™," which offers unprecedented comfort through cutting-edge technology, and the running shoes "climachill™ Ride," featuring the highest ventilation performance in the "climacool" series history with an all-around total ventilation system.

Training Wear with Dramatically Improved Moisture Wicking and Breathability
The development goal for climachill™ was to achieve a cool and comfortable feel, even in extreme heat, allowing athletes to perform at their maximum potential.
As a result, climachill™ achieves unprecedented moisture-wicking and breathability that surpasses previous products. This was made possible by the newly developed "SubZero yarn," a special yarn with a four-lobed flat structure. By increasing the contact area between the skin and the fabric, it quickly absorbs and releases sweat to the fabric surface. This prevents sweat from accumulating in the garment, maintaining a comfortable internal environment that redefines the concept of traditional mesh materials. Furthermore, the adoption of this special yarn enhances thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, improving ventilation performance.
Positioned on the inside of the upper back are circular "3D Cooling Aluminum Dots." These aluminum dots, with their high thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, cool down to ambient temperature when away from the skin, providing a cool-touch sensation with every contact. Additionally, the three-dimensional aluminum material creates space between the fabric and the skin, contributing to ventilation.
Adidas's research indicates a 36% improvement in moisture-wicking and breathability compared to previous products. Upon actual wear, the smooth texture, the speed of sweat absorption and evaporation, and the cool-down effect after exercise created a sensation as if the training wear was actively supporting the wearer.
Running Shoes "climachill™ Ride" Also Launched
Since 2002, the climacool series has been highly acclaimed as refreshing running shoes with excellent ventilation. "climachill™ Ride" inherits the characteristics of this model while incorporating further improvements. The number of ventilation ports in the midsole has been increased to 14 in climachill™ Ride, compared to 12 in the previous model, "climacool revolution." This boasts the highest ventilation performance since the series' inception.
Furthermore, the upper features a seamless construction using air-cooling yarn for the first time in the climacool series. This ensures breathability while providing a soft fit. The forefoot is equipped with "adiprene®+" cushioning material, which assists in forward propulsion.
The climachill™ line, for training, tennis, and outdoor activities, is available for men and women. It can be found at Adidas directly managed stores nationwide, the Adidas ONLINE SHOP (http://shop.adidas.jp/), and select Adidas retailers. The climachill™ Ride is also available at ABC-MART stores that carry Adidas products, in addition to the aforementioned locations.
