In Hackett London's Spring/Summer 2014 collection, blue items create depth and contrast against pastel-colored pieces. In other words, "blue" is the key color of this season's lineup. In particular, "royal blue," often used by the British Royal Family, is also known as "king's blue" and is globally recognized as a noble hue.

The "Hockney Mac Coat," a spring coat made from a crisp material with a water-repellent finish, features Hackett London's signature structured silhouette. It also retains traditional raincoat details such as ventilation in the armholes and a tab collar to protect against wind and rain. Furthermore, it is made with a lightweight fabric and a single-layer construction, allowing for a relaxed and effortless drape.

By adopting a vibrant royal blue for a coat with a casual texture, it matches not only as an outer layer for unique suits but also for casual outfits with shorts. It will undoubtedly be a key item for styling as the season progresses.
