Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, BYBORRE is a textile innovation studio that develops groundbreaking knit fabrics. Sharing an affinity with DAIWA, a brand that Japan proudly presents to the world in the fishing field, a superb collaboration has been realized.

The jacquard rain jacket from DAIWA, which received the highest honor, "AWARD 2019 WINNER," at ISPO, the world's largest international trade fair for sports equipment, in 2019.

This collaboration began when BYBORRE became interested in this product.

DAIWA updated the jacquard design and functionality based on the original product, while BYBORRE developed an inner vest, meticulously considering the yarn.

The vest, inspired by fishing vests, is constructed with three types of knit structures, considering both warmth and ease of movement. Its graphical textile is beautiful and highly compatible with DAIWA's jacquard design.

By combining the rain jacket and vest, one can adapt to changes in temperature due to weather or activity. This promises a comfortable experience in outdoor settings. Scheduled for release in limited quantities.
