Louis Vuitton introduces the "A View" sneaker from its 2021 Spring/Summer Men's Pre-Collection, inspired by the world of skateboarding. This shoe embodies the bond between Virgil Abloh and skaters.

Louis Vuitton is releasing the new "A View" sneaker as part of its 2021 Spring/Summer Men's Pre-Collection.
Born from the interactions between Men's Artistic Director Virgil Abloh and professional skateboarder Lucien Clarke, the shoe embodies Abloh's concept of streetwear as representing a culture of "reality, empathy, and unity."
The look, crafted from technical textiles with reflective details and calf leather, offers a modern interpretation of the 1990s aesthetic. This is combined with the cushioning framework of technical foam and a polyurethane sole.
Available in three colorways: Black & Orange, White & Orange, and Blue (the Blue version is exclusive to the Shibuya Men's store). The design strikes a balance between sportiness and sophistication.
The "A View," completed through ongoing communication with Clarke, is based on "adaptability," an essential element in Abloh's design philosophy at Louis Vuitton.
It is a daily-use item that possesses the potential to function as actual skate shoes anytime, anywhere, while also fitting seamlessly into a contemporary men's wardrobe as a staple piece for everyday wear.
