Dior and RIMOWA have collaborated to release a capsule collection, resulting in items imbued with the aesthetic sensibilities of both houses. The collection will have its exclusive release in Japan on November 22, 2019, at Shibuya Parco.

A collaboration between RIMOWA, the specialist in luxury luggage, and Dior has come to fruition with the release of a capsule collection.

This collection is being showcased with special decorations and sold at the Champs-Élysées boutique in Paris, France, until November 13, 2019.

A genuine helicopter, featuring RIMOWA's signature aluminum grey logo, greets guests at the center of the boutique. This helicopter has been specially customized.

The cockpit interior and seating are adorned with the 'Dior Oblique' canvas pattern, designed by Marc Bohan in 1967, creating a display that fuses the aesthetic visions of both Dior and RIMOWA.

Following its presentation in Paris, this exhibition will travel to Shibuya Parco in Tokyo, Sanlitun in Beijing, a pop-up store in Miami's Design District coinciding with the Fall 2020 show, Dubai, and the Dior boutique on Beijing Road in Hong Kong.

At Shibuya Parco, from November 22, 2019, to January 21, 2020, four types of luggage will be available: 'Cabin', 'Trunk', 'Hand Case', and 'Personal'. The 'Cabin', 'Trunk', and 'Hand Case' models are decorated with the iconic 'Dior Oblique' pattern in silver, matte black, and gradient blue.

The 'Personal' model, made from portable aluminum, is available in solid colors such as blue, black, silver, and pink.

A capsule collection distinguished by details backed by savoir-faire. We eagerly await its release in Japan.
