A collection defined by its rich lineup
Models from the 1970s, dubbed "BEST OF THE 70S," are reinterpreted through the lens of modern running silhouettes, resulting in two models: "COUNTRYxKAMANDA" and "MARATHONx5923."
"COUNTRYxKAMANDA" merges the upper design of the "Country," originally a cross-country running shoe built for any terrain, with the gum sole of the "Kamanda," inspired by terrace culture.
For "MARATHONx5923," the mesh upper and suede overlays of the "Marathon," one of the brand's early running silhouettes, are reborn with the BOOST foam of the "I-5923."
The 1980s models, presented under the banner "80S RUNNING ICONS," feature footwear that combines the tooling of the "NMD_R1" from the "NMD" series, now a symbol of modern adidas, with iconic designs from the era.
"MICROPACERxR1" features the silver leather upper of the groundbreaking "Micropacer," with a digital stopwatch on the tongue. It incorporates BOOST foam from the "NMD" in its sole.
"BOSTONSUPERxR1" is reimagined with BOOST foam, based on the "Boston Runner," a design emblematic of 80s adidas. Similarly, "RISINGSTARxR1" retains its striking design with a silver leather upper and red three stripes, while incorporating colorful EVA material in the midsole.
Developed under the theme "GENETICALLY MODIFIED 90'S TECH," this category presents two models: "98xCRAZYBYW" and "ZX930xEQT."
"98xCRAZYBYW" features the "CRAZY BYW" BOOST foam and the "Feet You Wear" badge of sport logo. "ZX930xEQT" combines the upper design of the "ZX930" from the "ZX" series with the midsole of the "EQT."
