A capsule collection, born from a collaboration between Levi’s Made & Crafted® and Motofumi “Poggy” Kogi, Director of United Arrows & Sons, is set to be released.

“Levi’s Made & Crafted®” is a premium line with the concept of “Heritage meets modern,” incorporating innovative, high-quality materials and manufacturing techniques from Levi's long history into designs based on its heritage.

For this capsule collection, Mr. Kogi and the design team have created an unparalleled collection that mashes up classic workwear, where craftsmanship and ruggedness coexist, with street fashion and Japanese vintage culture.

Mr. Kogi visited the Levi's archive room and, with the theme of "Levi's Archives I Want to Wear Now," picked up and modernized workwear worn by laborers who transported fuel during World War II.

The overalls, based on 1920s archives, feature a clean silhouette. The work shirt is finished with a band collar. The Western shirt has a big silhouette, and the design of a classic Levi's overall from the archives has been updated for modern times.

And the "McQueen Pants," which Mr. Kogi himself calls his favorite, are a model with a clean silhouette, lacking belt loops, in pique or twill fabric, favored by Steve McQueen.

Denim versions of the McQueen Pants have been newly produced. The arcuette stitching, a characteristic detail of Levi’s Made & Crafted®, has been changed to painted stitching as an homage to the World War II model. The back yoke has been removed, belt loops added, and the fit tapered.



Items in the capsule collection made with selvedge denim use fabric woven at Cone Mills' White Oak plant and are Made in Japan.

The rinse wash, reminiscent of the 90s, and the gold accessories with a street taste, are complemented by gold stitching and buttons. In addition to the classic Levi's leather patch, each piece features an original POGGYTHEMAN tab, signifying its special nature.

Additionally, caps and T-shirts are part of the lineup. The cap design is inspired by archival helmets. The T-shirt features the POGGYTHEMAN logo, with gold foil print on the details, matching the other elements.
