This release expresses Adidas's "universality and evolution." The base models chosen are the iconic "Stan Smith," which embodies the brand's philosophy, and the "NMD TS1 PK," which fuses it with new technology, "Boost Form."

The Stan Smith, representing universality, features a simple silhouette in a monochrome color scheme. To accommodate Japan's unique culture of frequently removing and putting on shoes, the side panels are equipped with a waterproof zip using heat-shrink tubing and heel tabs.

The "NMD TS1 PK," representing evolution, incorporates mita sneakers' iconic chain-link fence pattern as a rubber print, elevating it into a functional design that moderately controls the overall hold and elasticity. The midsole is equipped with "Boost Form," renowned for its high cushioning and intense responsiveness, delivering bouncy propulsion and durability.

Additionally, the collaboration is distinguished by the brand name and location codes placed on the tongue, heel, and toe sections. In Japan, these will be available from July 7, 2018, exclusively at mita sneakers.
