The Skate Kitchen Tapped as Look Models

X-girl is releasing its first-ever skateboard wear line, titled “#1 X-girl skateboards”.

The line is named “#1” after the flag bearing the message “X-girl is #1,” which founder Kim Gordon championed when the brand launched in 1994.

Designs incorporate vibrant colors and floral patterns, along with skateboard-specific details like reflector patches, functional materials, and hidden pockets. A playful collection awaits.



The collection focuses on items for women who enjoy skating while appreciating fashion, with careful attention paid to materials and details.

The look models are the New York-based skate crew “The Skate Kitchen.” Images of them wearing the debut collection have been released.
